PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Prize draw open to all UK residents aged 18 and over who subscribe to receive Marc Pacifico’s newsletter.
By giving Marc Pacifico your details, you are agreeing that you are willing to enter into future correspondence with Marc Pacifico and carefully selected 3rd parties.
Only one entry per email / UK address is allowed per newsletter.
Winner of the prize draw will receive one tube of Dermaclear Vitamin E cream 50g, hereafter referred to as “the prize”.
The prize is subject to availability, and may be changed to another prize of equal value in unforeseen circumstances.
Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw. Incomplete entries and entries from third party agents or bulk entries will not be eligible for the prize draw. Marc Pacifico will not be responsible for any entries that are not received for any reason, by the closing date, whether lost, delayed, corrupted or otherwise, and whether or not due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions.
Entry to the prize draw is free. No purchase is necessary.
All entries to be received by 15th January 2012.
The prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative will be offered.
The winner of the prize draw will be selected at random by an independent third party. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be notified by email within 10 days of the closing date of the prize draw.
The name of the winner will be made available for up to 28 days after the closing date to anyone emailing Marc Pacifico with the subject heading ‘Dermaclear Prize Draw Winners’.
By entering the prize draw, the winner is invited to participate in future publicity (name, details and photo published in future newsletters).
If Marc Pacifico cannot: (i) contact the winner (via the details provided at the date of entry) within a reasonable period of time (to be established at Marc Pacifico’s sole discretion); or (ii) the winner does not return details of its postal address to Marc Pacifico within 14 days of notification that they have won the prize, Marc Pacifico reserves the right to re-draw a winner and thereafter until a winner on these terms is found.
